About
1-to-1 personal training is a service that Personal Best is built on. We pride ourselves on getting to know each individual PT client and understanding their specific needs, experience and goals. We have an exceptionally experienced team of personal trainers who will use their knowledge and expertise to help you get the best from yourself.
Every PT session will be catered towards your individual goals whether that’s weight loss/gain, fat loss, building muscle, injury prevention/rehabilitation, sport specific strength & conditioning, health specialist advice or any other goal.
We have many happy and successful clients who have achieved great results engaging in our 1-to-1 personal training sessions. Our clients come from all over West Lothian including Bathgate, Armadale, Whitburn, Livingston, Linlithgow and Falkirk.
Induction
Every new PT client will first have an induction with one of our experienced personal trainers. This will include:
- Setting exercise and nutrition goals.
- Body composition/movement analysis.
- Technical advice on our tracking apps.
- Creating a personalised workout plan.
- PB welcome pack (free t-shirt, snood and water bottle).
Gym Tour
We will show you around our indoor and outdoor facilities and make sure you understand our Covid-19 protocols.
We have robust measures in place to make sure everyone stays safe as the health of our members and staff is our number one priority.
Outdoor pt
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our personal training service will be taking place socially distanced in our outdoor training area.
This means you can still get face to face motivation and expertise in all Scottish Government restrictions.

Our personal training packages includes:
- 1 or 2 personal training sessions each week.
- Outdoor sessions during Covid-19 restrictions.
- 1-to-1 induction with a expert personal trainer.
